🐮 Our Animals – 🌿 Simply natural

Among old oak trees, wide meadows and shaded woodlands, we share our home with our animals.
Across 400,000 square meters of pastures and forest live our Galloway cattle, woolly pigs, chickens, bees – and of course Egon, our loyal Labrador mix.

We are organically certified, and our motto is:
“simply natural” – because nature works best when you let it.

Our animals live freely, with plenty of fresh air, open space and all they need to be happy.
Most belong to old, hardy and gentle breeds, naturally resilient and easy to care for.
They fit perfectly with our philosophy – calm, content, friendly and in harmony with their surroundings.

🦬 Our Galloways – Gentle shaggy characters

Our small herd of Scottish Galloway cattle lives outdoors all year round – in sun, wind and rain.
This old, hornless breed is known for being peaceful, hardy and undemanding.
Their long, shaggy coat protects them from cold and wet weather, and their calm nature makes them true favourites.

The herd includes bull Rexton and his ladies Opharim, Ome, Olympia, Candice, Nobelle, Gina, Melrose and Mandolina.
Our Galloways find their own food and help to naturally maintain the pastures and woodland.

If you approach them with patience, you might even brush or stroke them – they absolutely love it.

Have you ever watched cows grazing quietly in the forest?
Or sat beside a herd calmly chewing the cud?
It’s incredibly soothing.

🟢 Organic farming – Outdoors all year – Gentle & robust

🐷 Our Woolly Pigs – Curious little gourmets

Peppa, Piggy, Tuffi and their young are curious, friendly and very sociable woolly pigs who never fail to charm both children and adults.
They belong to an old and rare Hungarian breed, known for its curly coat, hardiness and gentle nature.

Their thick fleece protects them from both sun and cold, allowing them to live outdoors all year round, happily rooting through soil, acorns and grass.

We don’t feed them – they find their own food, just as nature intended.

And if you scratch their bellies, you’ll quickly notice they truly enjoy life – often rolling onto their side with a contented grunt.

A walk through the forest with the pigs is something truly special.

🟢 Year-round free range – Hardy & curious – Simply natural

🐔 Our Chickens – Free, cheerful and busy

Our flock of hens spends the whole day roaming around the farm, scratching under trees, sunbathing in the dust –
and always happy to see visitors.

They provide not only fresh eggs in all sorts of sizes and colours,
but also lots of life and good cheer around the place.

You’ll find your breakfast eggs right in our “egg drawer” next to the henhouse – just help yourself.
A little piece of farm happiness to take with you.

🟢 Free-range living – Fresh eggs – Joy of life included

🐝 Our Bees – Small helpers, big impact

Without them, much of this place wouldn’t bloom.
Our bees diligently collect nectar from meadow flowers, fruit trees and wild herbs, ensuring pollination all around our valley.

Their honey reflects the richness of our landscape – a little jar full of the Pyrenees.

🟢 Natural beekeeping – Home-made honey – Essential for biodiversity

🐶 Egon – The guardian of happiness

And finally, one friend who mustn’t be left out:
Egon, our Labrador mix, is the secret star of the farm.

With his boundless joy and gentle nature, he wins everyone’s heart within minutes.
Egon respects our animals and shows every day how beautiful life can be when it’s simple and natural.
